Preisausschreibung für Hilfsorganisationen, die von Tibeter:innen im Exil gegründet wurden

Liebe Leserinnen und Leser
Für das Jahr 2022 haben wir uns etwas Besonderes ausgedacht. Wir wollen für einmal das so wertvolle Engagement von verschiedensten Hilfsorganisationen, die sich für Tibet und Tibeter:innen einsetzen, würdigen.
Voraussetzung ist, dass die Hilfsorganisation von Tibeter:innen im Exil gegründet wurde.
Das Einsatzgebiet der verschiedenen Hilfsorganisationen ist weit gestreut. So gibt es Organisationen, die sich für die Unterstützung von Tibeter:innen und der tibetischen Kultur im deutschen Sprachraum einsetzen, oder auch solche, die in Nepal oder Indien Tibeter:innen unterstützen, Waisenhäuser betreiben oder Tibeter/-innen im ländlichen Raum versuchen zu helfen.
Wenn Sie also in einer Hilfsorganisation beteiligt sind, die von Tibeter:innen im Exil gegründet wurde, oder eine solche kennen, freuen wir uns über eine Darstellung in einer der kommenden drei tibetfocus-Ausgaben.
In der vierten Ausgabe 2022 werden dann die Gewinner veröffentlicht.
Es winken attraktive Preise. So wollen wir die weitere Arbeit der Gewinner-Organisation mit einem Hauptpreis von 1’000 CHF sowie zwei weitere Organisationen mit 500 CHF unterstützen.
Wir freuen uns über zahlreiche Einreichungen von Hilfsorganisationen mit einer Darstellung ihrer Organisation und Arbeit und allenfalls einem Hinweis auf die aktuellsten Projekte und Aktivitäten.
Die einzelnen Darstellungen sollten max. 1 Seite Umfang haben (das entspricht 3’800 Zeichen inkl. Leerzeichen mit Bild).
Der Redaktionsschluss für die nächste Ausgabe ist der 20. Februar 2022. Bitte reichen Sie bis dahin Ihren Text mit Bild ein an buero@gstf.org.
Bei der Auswahl der Gewinner sind Sie, liebe Leserschaft, herzlich aufgerufen, aktiv mitzuentscheiden. Dazu werden Sie zu gegebenem Zeitpunkt auch eine E-Mail erhalten, sofern wir Ihre E-Mail-Adresse haben. Abstimmungen werden dann auch online über unsere Website möglich sein.
Die letztliche Entscheidung liegt jedoch beim Jury-Team der tibetfocus-Redaktion. Über die einzelnen Entscheidungsvorgänge wird keine Rechenschaft abgelegt.
Vonseiten des Jury-Teams möchten wir eine möglichst umfassende und objektive Bewertung gewährleisten. So haben wir uns auf Basis der 17 Ziele für nachhaltige Entwicklung der Vereinten Nationen auf sieben Bewertungskriterien für die vorliegende Ausschreibung geeinigt.
Diese sind:
- Armut beenden – Armut in all ihren Formen und überall beenden
- Gesundes Leben für alle – ein gesundes Leben für alle Menschen jeden Alters gewährleisten und ihr Wohlergehen fördern; ausreichend und gesunde Nahrungsmittel für alle
- Bildung für alle – inklusive, gerechte und hochwertige Bildung gewährleisten und Möglichkeiten des lebenslangen Lernens für alle fördern
- Wasser und Sanitärversorgung für alle – Verfügbarkeit und nachhaltige Bewirtschaftung von Wasser und Sanitärversorgung für alle gewährleisten
- Ungleichheit verringern – Ungleichheit in und zwischen Ländern verringern (auch Ungleichheit zwischen Tibeter:innen und Chinesen:innen versuchen zu verringern, Gleichstellung der Geschlechter gewährleisten und fördern)
- Frieden, Gerechtigkeit und starke Institutionen – Friedliche und inklusive Gesellschaften für eine nachhaltige Entwicklung fördern, allen Menschen Zugang zum Recht ermöglichen und leistungsfähige, rechenschaftspflichtige und inklusive Institutionen auf allen Ebenen aufbauen
- Förderung der Nachhaltigkeit in allen Bereichen – Energie, Wirtschaft und Arbeit, Städte und Siedlungen, Konsum- und Produktionsweisen, Klima, Natur und Umwelt

Open prize contest for aid organisations founded by Tibetans in exile
Dear readers,
For the year 2022 we have come up with something special. For once, we wish to honour the valuable commitment of various aid organisations working for Tibet and Tibetans.
The requirement for contest participation, is that the aid organisation has been founded by Tibetans in exile.
The fields of operation of the various aid organisations are widely spread. There are organisations that support Tibetans and their culture in German-speaking countries, as well as those that support them in Nepal or India, run orphanages, or try to help Tibetans in rural areas.

If you are involved in or know of an aid organization founded by Tibetans in exile, we would be happy to feature you iIf you are involved in an aid organisation founded by Tibetans in exile, or if you know of such an organisation, we would be happy to place a feature in one of the next three issues of tibetfocus.
The winners will be published in the fourth issue in 2022.
Attractive prizes await. We would like to support the further work of the winning organisation with a main prize of CHF 1,000, as well as two other organisations with CHF 500 each.
We look forward to receiving numerous submissions from aid organisations, with a presentation of their work and activities. A reference of latest projects and activities would be beneficial.
The individual presentations should not exceed 1 page in length (this corresponds to 3,800 characters incl. space with picture).
The editorial deadline for the next issue is 20th February 2022. Please submit your text with picture to buero@gstf.org by then.
You, dear readers, are cordially invited to actively participate in the selection of the winners. Provided we have your e-mail address, you will also receive an e-mail in due course. Voting will then also be possible online via our website. The final decision however, rests with the jury team of the tibetfocus editorial team. No account will be given of the individual decision-making processes.
On the part of the jury team, we want to ensure, that the evaluation is as comprehensive and objective as possible. Therefore, based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations, we have agreed on seven evaluation criteria for the present call for proposals.
These are:
- Ending poverty – Ending poverty in all its forms and everywhere
- Healthy living for all – ensuring a healthy life for all people of all ages and promoting their well-being; sufficient and healthy food for all
- Education for all – ensure inclusive, equitable and quality education. Promote lifelong learning opportunities for all
- Water and sanitation for all – ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all
- Reduce inequality – reduce inequality within and between countries (also try to reduce inequality between Tibetans and Chinese), and ensure and promote gender equality
- Peace, justice and strong institutions – promote peaceful and inclusive societies for a sustainable development, provide access to justice for all, and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels
- Promoting sustainability in all areas -energy, economy and labour, cities and settlements, consumer and production methods, climate, nature and the environment.

Prix pour les organisations caritatives fondées par des Tibétain-e-s en exil
Chère lectrice.
Cher lecteur,
Pour 2022, nous avons imaginé quelque chose de particulier. Pour une fois, nous aimerions honorer l’engagement si précieux des organisations caritatives les plus diverses qui s’engagent en faveur du Tibet et des Tibétain-e-s.
Seule condition : que l’organisation caritative ait été fondée par des Tibétain-e-s en exil.
Le domaine d’action des différentes organisations caritatives est très diversifié. Il existe ainsi des organisations qui s’attèlent à soutenir les Tibétain-e-s et la culture tibétaine dans les régions germanophones, mais aussi des organisations qui soutiennent les Tibétain-e-s au Népal ou en Inde, qui gèrent des orphelinats ou qui tentent d’aider les Tibétain-e-s dans les zones rurales.
Si vous êtes vous-mêmes engagé-e-s dans une telle organisation, fondée par des Tibétain-e-s en exil, ou si vous en connaissez une, nous serions ravi-e-s de la voir figurer dans l’une des trois prochaines éditions du tibetfocus. Et, dans la quatrième édition de 2022, l’organisation gagnante sera dévoilée.
Des prix attrayants sont à gagner. Nous souhaitons ainsi soutenir la poursuite du travail de l’organisation gagnante par un premier prix de 1’000 CHF. Deux autres organisations seront également soutenues par un montant de 500 CHF.
Nous nous réjouissons que de très nombreuses organisations caritatives concourent en nous envoyant une présentation de l’organisation et de son travail, ainsi qu’un descriptif des projets et activités les plus récents.
Chaque présentation ne doit pas dépasser une page (ce qui correspond à 3 800 caractères espaces inclus avec photo).
Le délai rédactionnel pour le prochain numéro est fixé au 20 février 2022 donc merci de bien vouloir envoyer votre texte avec photo d’ici-là à buero@gstf.org.
Vous êtes aussi invité-e-s, chères lectrices et chers lecteurs, à participer activement à la sélection des organisations gagnantes. Si vous nous communiquez votre adresse e-mail, cela nous permettra de vous envoyer un e-mail à ce sujet en temps voulu. Il vous sera également possible de voter en ligne sur notre site Internet.
La décision finale reviendra toutefois à l’équipe du jury de rédaction du tibetfocus. Les différentes étapes du processus de sélection ne seront pas dévoilées.
L’équipe du jury tient à garantir une évaluation aussi complète et objective que possible. Ainsi, en nous référant aux 17 objectifs de développement durable des Nations unies, nous nous sommes mis-es d’accord sur sept critères d’évaluation pour le présent appel à projets.
Il s’agit des critères suivants:
- Elimination de la pauvreté – Eliminer la pauvreté sous toutes ses formes et partout dans le monde.
- Une vie en pleine santé pour toutes et tous – Permettre à toutes et tous de vivre en bonne santé et promouvoir le bien-être de toutes et tous à tout âge. ; assurer une alimentation saine et suffisante pour toutes et tous.
- Education pour toutes et tous – Assurer à toutes et tous une éducation équitable, inclusive et de qualité et des possibilités d’apprentissage tout au long de la vie.
- Approvisionnement en eau et assainissement pour toutes et tous – Garantir l’accès de toutes et tous à des services d’alimentation en eau et d’assainissement gérés de façon durable.
- Réduction des inégalités – Réduire les inégalités dans les pays et d’un pays à l’autre (tenter aussi de réduire les inégalités entre Tibétain-e-s et Chinois-es, et de promouvoir et d’assurer l’égalité entre les sexes)
- Paix, justice et institutions efficaces – Promouvoir l’avènement de sociétés pacifiques et inclusives aux fins du développement durable, assurer l’accès de toutes et tous à la justice et mettre en place, à tous les niveaux, des institutions efficaces, responsables et ouvertes à toutes et tous.
- Promotion de la durabilité dans tous les domaines – Energie, économie et emploi, villes et agglomérations, modes de consommation et de production, climat, nature et environnement.
Nous souhaitons beaucoup de succès à toutes les organisations qui nous soumettront des projets et nous nous réjouissons de recevoir de nombreuses contributions !
