Il leur est interdit d&rsquo;entrer en contact avec des personnes ext\u00e9rieures au district et de se d\u00e9placer librement entre les villages et les monast\u00e8res concern\u00e9s par la construction du barrage. En revanche, l&rsquo;administrateur du monast\u00e8re de Wonto, menac\u00e9 par les inondations, Tenzin, et un chef de village du nom de Tamdrin ont \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9s. Selon des informateurs de Radio Free Asia, tous deux auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 intern\u00e9s dans une prison de la province du Sichuan et auraient subi de graves s\u00e9vices.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Selon des informateurs, la police poursuit ses arrestations en permanence. Internet est coup\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion et la libert\u00e9 de mouvement est limit\u00e9e. Les comptes des habitants sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux tels que WeChat et TikTok sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re intensive pour voir si des messages sur les manifestations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9s depuis ces sites.
